“It was only a quick visit but we enjoyed our stay. Casa bella is well appointed and Spacious. ”

“When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.”

“This is by far the best hotel in Bacolod City! It is situated next to the sm mall with a private entrance near the elevators. There are lots of places to eat, easy access to atms, supermarket, pharmacy, and taxis. The breakfast buffet is a must! And the staff is very helpful with any needs to make your stay better. Also, the bar/ cafe known as dash is open 24/7. The room is spacious, clean with a mini fridge. The bathroom is very modern and up to date with clean towels daily. Love the...

“So, this is hard. The hotel itself is amazing, clean great staff situated in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do. The breakfast was delicious amazing options every morning. Got lucky enough to get a 50% off buffet the were promoting inside the hotel. Delicious so much to choose from couldn't eat everything.
