“Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

“Great photos of the property, they really enticed me to select this place. The location was on the border of Casco Viejo. My biggest disappointment was the lack of extra towels. I also had to buy our own hand soap, soap for shower, coffee, tea, and toilet paper. I asked for a complimentary cleaning and they only picked up trash, they did not replace the towels. ”

“We enjoyed the balcony watching the ships and pilot boats goung in and out of the Panama Canal. The apartment was very nice. Esteban was a pleasure to work with. We paid for him to pick us up, food shop and show us around the island. We also had him drive us to the airport. He speaks excellent English and was super easy to work with. Would stay again. ”

“Exact address not listed or given for check in process. Tried to follow map pin from listing and got us to neighborhood but not the actual building. After an hour of struggle and a patient Uber, we use a security guards hotspot to connect to VRBO and call the host. Finally get the actual buildings name. Upon arrival, the building security has us check in then they need to call the owners to verify. Host didn’t communicate with building security about hosting so they had no knowledge.Gas on the...

“Clean and walkable location”

“There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...

“The location was great with walkable areas very close by. In fact we walked to Casco Viejo multiple times. Lots of restaurants not too far away. The biggest disadvantage was that it was in a high rise and taking the elevators was sometimes a longer process. One just has to plan accordingly. We would gladly stay here again. ”
