Perfect Location and Set up for Our Small Family

We have stayed in and near Rosemary multiple times and we decided this carriage house was the perfect location and set up for our family of 3. We loved the very short walk to the pool, beach and main street Rosemary. The layout of the house was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. We also appreciated how they reached out ahead of time to arrange a bike for our daughter to use and it was there with the included bikes when we arrived. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our family of three! It is very clean, nice, and comfortable, with a ton of natural light and all you could possibly need in terms of kitchenware and entertainment. The location is incredible - close to the pool, beach, and town area! We absolutely loved it and plan to stay here again next summer!

Wonderful family property

We enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Blue Carriage House. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group. The layout was perfect for us. The property was clean, well furnished, and a perfect location. Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Tuscan Blue. The location to the beach and pool was extremely convenient. The street was quiet and charming. We have 3 kids under 5 and the bunk beds (plus a pack n' play) worked perfectly for our family. The property was clean and very well managed. The property even has a nice surprise for kids ... definitely recommend and would book again.

Peaceful Getaway

Property is extremely clean and well maintained! The communication and instructions from the property manager were great! A bedside lamp in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well as two more comfortable chairs in the living room space. The single couch just isn’t enough for comfortable relaxation and TV watching when the space accommodates six guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to the Coquina Pool and the beach is perfect! We would definitely come back to this property again!

Beautiful home in the perfect spot of a beautiful town

The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and sits in the absolute perfect part of town. The Coquina Pool can be seen from the deck. Just walk across the alleyway to the path and you’re there. The beach walkover C is a s1 minute walk from the house. The outdoor shower is heated so if you’re there in cooler weather you can comfortably rinse sand off with the warm shower. You don’t need to use a car for anything unless you need a stop at the grocery store, and Publix is a 5-min drive west on 98. Rosemary Beach is a beautiful and charming town and this house will suit a family of 4 very comfortably.

Engagement celebration

We went to Rosemary to celebrate a close friends sons engagement. We had 4 adults in our place and it worked out perfect! Very clean and comfortable! Excellent location to the beach and to the main area of Rosemary. The only recommendation would be to add a few hooks in the smaller bedroom. There is not a closet in that room and all of my cloths were hanging. We made it work … had a great time. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for enabling us to have a beautiful fall weekend away!

Beauty by the Ocean

Tuscan Blue was a superb Carriage house - my sister and I stayed with our kids (3 between us) for a sister/cousin get away. We love the neighborhood and it's closeness to the ocean. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with a simple, modern touch. It was everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We are already trying to align the kids school schedules to return next year!

Fall Getaway

We were delighted with the cottage house. It was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed. The only negative was a scratch on our car. The parking in front of the garage was not ideal and our car got keyed or scratched by someone passing by walking or on a bike.
