Vacations. One of the magical experiences we love to share with family and friends, and what better way to experience those moments than a stay at Sunset by the Sea! This contemporary home is sure to provide the perfect setting for making those great memories.
Sunset by the Sea is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story home with comfortable accommodations for nine guests. It is a spacious home with lots of features and is as clean as a whistle. It is within walking distance of Beach Access number 12 and close enough to walk to Outlaws BBQ or Barracuda for lunch or dinner. There is a king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 2 queen size sleeper sofas, and one twin size bed. Extended families, large families and families vacationing with friends, even the family dog is welcomed to enjoy a good night’s sleep in preparation of another great day of R&R – PCB style!
Indoor and Outdoor space has been designed with comfort, communication and connection in mind. There are multiple seating areas, from the chairs on the covered front porch to the large living room inside. The dining table under the fan on the covered patio or the table and chairs under the pergola in the backyard also provide perfect conversational areas. Pull up a chair with someone special and share some dreams, or plan the memories you want to make tomorrow.
The living room has one entire wall filled with glass doors and windows providing a perfect view of the back yard. With windows on three sides, the room is flooded with light creating an airy, refreshing ambience. There are 2 sofas that open to queen size sleepers, 2 arcade style games: Pac Man and Mortal Combat, both of which feature additional games for hours of head-to-head entertainment, a Smart TV which you can connect to your personal Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Disney, and Prime accounts There is also a breakfast bar and a double dining table that seat up to 11 people. This is truly a great room to unwind, have fun and connect with those you are creating memories with.
The kitchen is contemporary with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a white subway style backsplash and window offering natural light. The kitchen has an open design permitting the family chef to maintain communication and connection with everyone while they prepare family favorites. Of course, with the charcoal grill in the backyard, they may spend time prepping for grilled Gulf snapper or a tuna filet purchased at one of the nearby seafood shops while friends or family enjoy a game of patio Twister and Ladderball.
The Primary bedroom (the Executive Suite) has a king size en-suite with substantial wood furniture, hardwood floors, inverted trey ceiling, ceiling fan, windows, overhead and task lighting and a modern farmhouse door for access to the private double vanity and large glass shower. There is a matching twin size adult-length bed in the room that is perfect for an extra guest or a child. The bedroom has task and overhead lighting and a smart tv mounted to the wall.
The Second and Third bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed, matching bedside tables and dresser, a smart tv, overhead and task lighting and windows providing natural light. The second full bath is adjacent to bedrooms two and three and features a shower and vanity.
Some of the additional features of Sunset by the Sea include: full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional style carafe coffee maker, keyless entry, smart tvs which enable guests to access video or audio programs they are accustomed to using at home, close proximity to dining, recreation and shopping venues. Walk to Barracuda Beach or Outlaws BBQ for live music and libations, just mere moments away from the front door.
A double driveway offers plenty of room for four standard sized vehicles or a small boat, preventing the need for parking passes/street parking or searching a crowded parking garage for a space. Please note that the garage is a storage space and is not available for guest use.
Grand Lagoon features boat charters, glass bottom boats, fishing fleets, floating tiki bar boats, boat and Jet Ski rentals less than three minutes from Sunset by the Sea. The beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than five minutes from Sunset by the Sea. At the State Park it is possible to launch your own boat, view white tail deer, alligators, raccoons, a great variety of shore birds, visit two museums, play in the kiddie pool, snorkel and dive, picnic under the pines, take a walking tour to observe native plants and trees and more. There is also an additional free to use boat ramp located one block from this home.
There are additional restaurants nearby, two grocery stores, souvenir shops, a pharmacy and more, all less than ten minutes from Sunset by the Sea.
