Loved Rosemary Beach. I’d give the stay a 4.5 but it won’t let me so I’ll round to 5. Only real complaints were I felt the mattress wasn’t the comfiest, especially for my pregnant wife. Even just a topper could help. Second, was the side patio wasn’t the cleanest. We didn’t use it that often though. Overall, it was very nice though! I would come back.

Great location within Rosemary Beach! Just minutes from the beach, we were given a key fob to access the gate so we could walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs & umbrellas set up for us to enjoy the view of the amazing water! This is a cozy one bedroom place which was ideal for us as a couple to enjoy all the amenities in this community. We were able to park in the garage which was helpful since parking can be hard to come by in busier times of the year. We definitely will plan to come here again!

We LOVED staying at this property and would definitely come back! It was right by a beach access point, 2 bikes included (GREAT perk for getting to nearby cities), short walk/ bike ride downtown, and the property had all the amenities we needed (dish soap, towels, laundry detergent, bathroom soaps, etc.). There’s a cute porch to sit on, the mini fridge was great for storing groceries, and it was nice and quiet. Only critique I had for the rental company was there were too many forms of communication between the texts and emails about how to check in and check out. I had to look through multiple messages to find different bits of information. But again, I’d come back in a heartbeat!!!

Pappas Carriage

Pappas Carriage was great, although the property needs to delineate where you can park. It appears that all of the parking pads in front of all of the properties belong to that house. However, these are public spaces and are first come first serve.

Great Location!

The location of this property was great! Very short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. We wish the bed was more comfortable but that was our only issue.

Rosemary Beach

The house was smaller than we imagined, especially the shower. The room was not very clean nor had it been dusted. The floors were not swept well, crumbs of some kind all over the floor. The bed is old, weak, and noisy...not to mention the comforter didn't seem clean. The TV needs an upgrade, incredibly small for what larger TV's cost these days. Overall the location is quite nice but we would never rent this place again for all the reasons mentioned. Simply put it wasn't worth the money paid!

Great location!

It was the perfect quick getaway for 2 to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was just a short walk away from the carriage house and we enjoyed riding the bikes down 30A. Would definitely come back again!

Great location/Okay property

You can’t beat the location, that’s for sure. Rosemary Beach is heaven. The beach access is less than a minute walk away and the area is begging to be explored. However, we weren’t impressed with the property itself. The kitchen is extremely under equipped, and is lacking basic necessities like cookie sheets, more than 1 skillet, and basic seasonings. The dishwasher is tiny and barely fits the full sized plates that were offered. The wifi is bad, hard to get photos/videos to load. The small size wasn’t an issue for us, other than the bathroom being very tight when 2 people are trying to get ready at the same time. Decor is mostly cute but the place needs a little love for sure. The area is costly but we were expecting more for this price. Overall, a decent option for a couple that really only cares about location. But you have to consider if you’re willing to sacrifice a bit for it. I hope the owners consider making a few simple changes to make this place worth the money!

There were some problems with Pool and beach access that were very frustrating to get fixed, think that was 30A Escapes, the rental company. The property was very nice but internet was a real problem. It would make a big difference to have a good connection. Overall the property was very nice!!!
