Gulf Crest è un Ocean Front, Gated Resort situato direttamente sulla spiaggia, a della penisola della Florida. Il condominio di 22 piani dispone di paesaggio tropicale, parcheggio coperto in allegato, con posto auto riservato, tre ascensori ad alta velocità, due grandi piscine all'aperto (di cui una riscaldata stagionalmente), un Tiki Hut che serve cibo e bevande (in stagione), due esterni Hot Tubs, ,, Kiddy Pool, One Gazebo, quattro griglie del carbone di legna, centro fitness sala giochi Camera Club, e l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Un ufficio in loco è aperta tutti i giorni 8:30-05:30 CST, e la sicurezza 24 ore al giorno.

Questa unità fronte oceano di 1.800 metri quadrati è caratterizzata da un open space con finestre da pavimento a soffitto che offrono molta luce naturale e una vista libera sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Come puoi vedere nelle immagini ci sono finestre tutto intorno al condominio con viste spettacolari tutto intorno a te.

Posti letto includono una camera da letto matrimoniale con un cavo a schermo piatto letto king size, un 2 ° camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e TV via cavo, una terza camera con un letto matrimoniale, e un fuori della zona a castello strada con dimensioni castello 2 twin letti, e un queen size divano letto letto nel soggiorno.

Ogni bagno ha una vasca / doccia con recinzione di vetro, e il bagno principale dispone di doppi lavandini. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti.

Worst Vacation EVER!

I paid for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo for 7 people to share for 7 days. The second day of our stay we were informed there will be construction every day till we leave and we cannot use the second shower. I paid for 2 showers but am only getting one???? I contacted VRBO about this immediately and they told me there was nothing they could do but offer me 120 in compensation and any further replies to discuss and/or argue said reimbursement the amount will be closed without reply.Since I replied to their message with a screen shot of their rules that state if you did not receive the amount of bathrooms paid for you can be reimbursed I lost my 120, and have had no replies as they stated. The previous statement is in their "Book with Confidence" section, if you want to find this section scroll all the way down on their page and look for the fine print.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!

This condo is absolutely stunning! The view is out of this world! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Including beach toys, chairs, etc. it was in the perfect location. A short drive to anywhere you would need to go. Everyone was so polite. We felt very safe here and will definitely be returning!

Amazing condo

We loved this condo so much this was our second time staying here! We absolutely loved the upgrades in both bathrooms!! The two things we would change is how hard the living room balcony's door is to slide open. And the chairs at the bar are slightly wobbly. But this is such a minor issue considering the whole condo is wonderful.

Amazing Stay

Our stay with GulfCrest was nothing short of amazing. The views were breath taking, with more fun than we expected! We will definitely be coming back. Our 5 children ages 2 up to 7 were in heaven with our week at Gulf Crest and the smiles on their faces for the week could never be forgotten or replaced!

Spring Break 2024

The condo location was excellent with many restaurants and activities for teenagers to do within walking distance. Views were amazing. Plenty of room for 8 people plus other friends who stopped by for dinner. Only recommendation is to add some mirrors in the condo. The only mirrors were in both bathrooms. A mirror in the bedroom would be helpful when everyone is getting ready.

Perfect!!!!!

We have stayed at Gulf Crest now for the last 5 years and couldnt be happier with them. The location is perfect. The view is unbelievable. We wouldnt stay anywhere else. We already have another vacation booked at Gulf Crest for September and cant wait.

Spring break

We had 9 friends staying and the condo was very spacious. Check in was easy. Location was great. Beautiful view in the morning, with wrap around balcony. Will definitely stay here again

The check in process was easy. The floor was gross. It turned our feet black very quickly. It needed to be mopped badly. The shower in the master bath drained extremely slow leaving water backed up when showering. That is so gross, especially in a rental property. The handles for both showers seemed as if they were going to fall off at any minute. There were no trash bags, no laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra toilet paper, or even hand soap in the condo. We had to go and buy all of that. There were about 4 coffee mugs total, which would’ve been okay if there was a way to wash them either by hand or in the dishwasher. There were 2 kitchen towels total (not enough for 7 people for 5 days at all). The location was great and the view is amazing, but not having simple things for guests makes it seem like the host didn’t really care about your experience.

The condo was nice and spacious for our family. We had 8 total. Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable for everyone. The bathrooms could use some updating and the cleaning service could do better. Floor was still dirty and the comforter in the master bedroom was dirty. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Parking was good (we drive 1 tons) and loved that it was gated. Super friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

Disappointed

First off the bad side, the cleanliness was very upsetting. All of the dishes had to be washed because there was still food on most them and there was hair in the shower. To have such a high cleaning fee I was expecting better. The sink didn’t drain so when we attempted to cook it was a nightmare. The bathroom light stopped working so we used a lamp for a day. I did contact the company several times for maintenance and they eventually got it all fixed. Definitely needs some updating for sure. Several outlets did not work and barely any water pressure in the shower. The washer and dryer needs a very good cleaning because of mold.And we had a 6 am built in alarm clock thanks to the construction right next door. Now for the good side. The view is amazing! The beds are comfortable and plenty of room for the 8 of us staying.
