“Loved this house. Was just the perfect size for my 2 year old, husband, myself, and our 2 dogs. The backyard needed mowed, but I let the host know and it was done quickly. They even put up a swingset during our stay which our son loved!! ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Close drive to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from Pier Park so you don’t have to fight traffic. We found a spot at the beach where most days there were only a handful of people (less than a mile from cottage). We had no problems with check in and it was a very quiet area. We would definitely visit again!!! ”

“We enjoyed this beach rental for our family reunion. It was clean and well equipped. The generous supply of sheets, towels, and beach towels was fantastic. The golf cart was a wonderful, added bonus, especially to help my 84-year-old dad to get around. The host was quick to respond to questions and friendly. Venture Out's grounds, amenities, and the pool were clean, spacious, and wonderful. With our extended family renting several units, we used to come to Venture Out annually when our kids were...

“Very cute place. The pool area was great! Love that it’s pet friendly. Very convenient to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Couch also makes out to a bed. Host were easy to contact. Small kitchen but had vowed needed. We had a great time! We stayed for the 4th of July and watched fireworks from the front porch. ”

“Cutest beach cottage! Seriously, the rustic decor, cottage feel, large comfy couch, beds were great, fenced in yard for the doodles, and a good AC this time of year. :) we truly enjoyed our weekend there. Location was perfect for the downtown area and boat ramp for scalloping. My daughter loved the outdoor shower, sitting on the covered screen porch in the evening was relaxing, and the updated kitchen was nice. We have already said that we plan to stay here next scallop trip also. Thank you!”

“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”

“As soon as we entered the residence we all stated ‘we could live here’! Home is cozy, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown with great variety of eateries. Ample space for boat parking on site. 2 boat ramps available for public use within 3 miles. Only regret is we didn’t stay long enough”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Smith House in Grayton Beach. It was his birthday week and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location, with lots of great restaurants and the beach within walking distance (or a quick bike ride!). The historic house was beautiful, so clean, and had all amenities available to make our stay nice and relaxing.
