Boasting a sleek & fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, & three comfortable bedrooms this meticulously designed residence offers a haven of contemporary elegance. Enjoy panoramic views of the charming local church and quaint streets from the expansive rooftop, complete with outdoor seating!

Living Spaces| Unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a large TV for entertainment. Comfortable seating arrangements create an inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to relax and socialise. Whether watching a movie or planning the next day's adventures, this room is designed for both comfort and functionality.

For over and above 5 guests, sofa bed is available to be used for another extra guests; linens and towels will be provided accordingly.

Kitchen| The fully modern designed kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and utensils. The adjacent dining area provides a stylish space for enjoying meals together. Share culinary delights or simply savor a cup of coffee in this inviting and functional space.

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms ,the main bedroom includes a double bed while the other two bedrooms feature a single bed and a bunk bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, all of which include a shower and a toilet.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

1. Shower gels
2. Liquid Soap
3. Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
4. Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
5. Garbage bags
6. Linens for the bed
7. 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
