Hotel vicino a Paradise Valley Golf and Athletic Club - Fayetteville

“I normally stay here when I visit Fayetteville. However, the first room I was put in smelled like smoke and the second room smelled really old. The staff was nice but never apologized for me having to be reassigned rooms twice. They watched me carry my belongings to each room and never offered to check the room first or anything. I felt although they were not mean, they did not show customer service. This made the visit a bit distasteful.”

“Stayed one night. Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Only complaint was there wasn't enough water pressure and the water could have been much hotter. This is a personal preference! Definitely won't stop us from booking there again!”

“Hotel offered early check in, friendly staff, nice breakfast and a bonus social hour which would actually be considered a light supper. Room was spacious. We did have an issue within the hotel room but management resolved the issue. Recommend.”

“The staff was so helpful and friendly, as soon as we walked in the door! Loved that they allowed well behaved dogs. Such a cool vibe. We played some of the games offered in the hangout area. The Room met our needs, well thought out layout. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities.”

“This hotel was by far one of the best places I have stayed at. I was there for 4 nights. When I first got there I saw that the interstate was close so I thought it was going to be noisy… didn’t hear anything. Very quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with information. The free breakfast bar was very good. Great place to stay.”
