“The property was disappointing and overpriced. We paid $500 just for the stay, with no housekeeping included. The freezer was leaking, and the toilet had a strong, unpleasant odor similar to a public restroom. The water park was very small, yet cost $350 for four tickets, and it was extremely overcrowded. Overall, the experience turned into a nightmare”

“Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you ”

“The property seemed more like a motel. The furniture was old and in need of repair. There was a broken office chair. The bed mattress was more firm than i would like it. The staff did provide clean towels and linens and kept the room tidy. For the price i paid, it wasnt bad. I wasnt too happy about the noise next door to my room. People playing music all night. The hotel could use a little remodeling and a paint job. The greatest advantage is location. This hotel is located in walking distance...

“Suite was huge. Dishwasher, full refrigerator, indoor pool. Pet fee was a little expensive, but a nice hotel.”

“Though there are so many other hotels in the area much more popular by name, this is my favorite one. Not talking about the top hotels in the area with very high price range, but between all mid standard hotels, this is the best. Location wise very convenient, has enough parking space, pretty clean hotel. Stuffs are helpful. Has to mention one specific one, most probably his name was Mariano. He made our trip a remarkably one. At night helped us with few things we forgot to bring, in the morning...

“The room and decor are very dated (including those horrible florescent bulbs that emit the worst share of light possible), but the room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the water pressure was great. Also, during the whole weekend the keycard system was done, so we could only get in via a staff member opening our room for us. This was very inconvenient, and it led to people propping open outside doors since you couldn't open them with a keycard, which felt unsafe.”

“The hotel property and treatment by staff towards guests was excellent. Comments on our room: lighting was not good with only three lamps. The bathroom is poorly designed. The commode is parked next to the shower door with only one foot of clearance width to squeeze through to enter the shower while there was 3 feet of empty space on the other side of the commode. The door into the shower/commode room opened directly in front of the commode with only 1/4” clearance. No towel racks anywhere...

“This was my first bed-and-breakfast experience, and it went very well! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and private. The breakfast offered in the morning was very delicious and plentiful! It is a fixed menu, but of course you can know if you have allergen or dietary restrictions and it can be adjusted. Loved my experience!”
