“The room itself was fine, but the outside is absolutely filthy. The stairs to the building looked like they had bad diarrhea. The price I received was phenomenal, but -- Expedia -- this is on you too. I reached out four times within the cancellation window and was put on hold for up to 16 minutes. I do not recommend this as a place to stay, and I will be thinking twice before booking through your website again.”

“Extremely disappointed that during Graduation week , they price gouge room prices ridiculously high. 2 to 3 times more expensive . They Also request a minimum of 2 days and offer NO REFUNDS no matter the reason . They know you want to see your loved ones graduation ceremony. What a Shame !”

“My room 208 infront at the pool my night terrible because many child in the pool and the hotel close the pool at 10pm. Around 10pm children run in front at my room and Knock on my door. Not only one time ! I'm call at front desk and the said change for other room For this around 10.45pm I'm so close call at 911 because the child not stop the knock my door and running. This morning in my check out the front desk says the return my money back . Is with you company. Please make the money back...
