“The location was great, as we were just passing through Calgary. The lobby was under construction and the pool was closed due to maintenance. The rooms were clean, and the desk staff were pleasant and gave us an upgraded room. Overall the stay was positive”

“Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...

“Breakfast was good, restaurant food was ok. Management and staff are lacking. Cleaning was lacking. Elevator always dirty, full of dog hair and urine(GROSS!) Pool is small, and decker has no place to sit because always full of non pool users, eating and drinking alcohol (all against rules), which management did nothing about! Was bad for the children enviroment! Hall ways were blocked with people drinking and parting late kept awake! All week, nothing was done about it! Food left in hallways all...
