Hotel vicino a Heritage Park Historical Village - Calgary

“You get what you pay for, they say. My experience was more then I expected. Quite clean rooms, good mattresses for a good sleep and the breakfast was way above my expectations. Will definitely book again with them for my next stay in Calgary ”

“Carpets were dirty. The floor was loud to walk on in the room. Internet didn’t work. The breakfast was not fresh and very little offered. For the amount that was charged I could’ve stayed in a much nicer hotel downtown and had a decent breakfast”

“I didn’t like that where the Oriental guest service person put me in room 140, it had no coffee maker, no writing pad, or writing pad, plus the heater that was in there didn’t work. Good thing I had a heater in my car, I went and, got the heater! That was the 2nd room that I was put in, that had no coffee maker! I’m so disappointed in the staff and how they place you in rooms like this! I won’t be back! The hotel lost my business.”

“Location was decent and staff were nice. The beds are really firm/stiff. It is good for a quick short stay but would not recommend long stays due to the beds. Breakfast was alright. Pool and hot tub are very small. ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
