“Quiet and clean”

“The room was clean. The staff was super helpful when we made a booking error. The quiet pool closed early so we avoided the pool as the other was extra busy. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.”

“The hotel is ok. Close to Chinook center and easy access to the main roads or train to get to the Grey Eagle or the saddledome for shows. I also like the free breakfast. ”

“Though there were some highlights of our stay, such as a good breakfast, a couple helpful staff, and the property being fairly clean, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, (15 minutes after the check in time), we were informed our room still wasn't ready. They had to move us into another room. The person helping us was clearly overwhelmed, and it appeared the hotel was short staffed. The staff member gave us towels (which we had to take outside to drive around the building to get...

“Clean, on 27th floor, views were amazing, conveniently located, only feedback would be to provide more pillows as only two in second room and very flat, overall would recommend and would stay again ”

“The hotel seems perpetually under construction. It is usually cheap and is right on the lrt line for events at the saddledome. Also, the gym is in poor condition. ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
