Hotel vicino a Heritage Park Historical Village - Calgary

“This hotel had a lot of options for dining, however, everything was closed during our stay due to a staff party. The hotel was nice in the common areas, the rooms are clearly from the 80’s or older and haven’t been updated. The picture we saw on Expedia for the room is definitely not the room we received there. The staff (that was working) was very kind. ”

“Room was adequate. Not all plugins worked. Coffee supplies were hidden in an unmarked cabinet. No working plug close to the Keurig machine. Lots of hot water but poor water pressure. Ad implies hot tub, but not one on site. Outdoor pool was closed for winter. Breakfast was lacking. Bagels, yogurt, cereal. Nothing hot. Coffee was yuck, and hot water for tea was lukewarm. Rarely anyone at the front desk.”

“Hotel Blackfoot was very impressive. The parking is easy WE were in the top floor which has access to a lounge 24/7 and provides breakfast until 10am. The facility is very clean and the staff were nice. We had dinner in the lobby bar restaurant which has a full menu. The food was great and the wait staff were very attentive and good. ”

“Room service was super fast which was great! Parking was easy and the location is very convenient. The only downside was there was no option to use streaming services on the TVs. Good ol' fashioned cable. The rooms we booked said they were pet friendly. When we got there, the other group we were traveling with had to downgrade their room because the other room was too fancy. After calling the head office they were moved to the initial room we booked. Frustrating that it was not clearly...

“Breakfast was good, no bubbles in hot tub warm not hot. Room had stained sheets, pillows, hair in the bathroom and wrappers on the bed. Rug floor felt filthy. Staff was friendly. ”

“ Elevators are quite slow and sound like they need some work. Thermostat in room was difficult to figure out. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Hot breakfast.”

“ウェルカムのディスプレイに名前が入っていてうれしかったです。 あまり時間がなく朝食を楽しむ余裕がなかったのですが、朝食のワッフルはおいしかったです。スタッフさんもフレンドリーで和みました。 チェックアウトの朝は、飛行機にのるために早出で、さらに荷物が多くなり、スーツケースを購入する必要が出てしまい、フロントのスタッフさんが要望を聞いてもらい、深夜にも関わらず、タクシーの手配を引き受けてくれました。 翌朝、タクシーの運転手さんもとてもやさしくこの時はとてもよい人達に出会えたと感じました。 ホテルのスタッフさん皆さんの笑顔がすてきでした。 ありがとう！！”
