“Fire alarms rang off and on for three hours from 9 to midnight. Talked to front office and found out that “they’ve been having issues with the fire system.” Excellent. Perhaps that should have been explained on check-in as people where out of their rooms off and on for those hours with NO guidance from management. No refunds, no apologies, no explanation. But the room was clean 👍”

“Just minutes to City Centre and easy access to major routes, we had a very enjoyable stay. Hot tub time, fish tacos, soup, salad and a dreamy chocolate dessert in the restaurant, and very generous breakfast and parking included in the price. We will be back!”

“It is dog friendly, but we got the basement unit. Thermostat wasn’t working so it was 27 degrees when we arrived. Turned off at night to cool down. Brrr in the am to wake up to. Bed was ok, too soft and worn for our liking. Have to admit you get what you pay for.”
