Hotel vicino a Heritage Park Historical Village - Calgary

“Amazing pool and hot tub area! Open wide to the June Alberta skies! On site restaurants were very good and breakfast was excellent! Room size was good and bed very comfortable. Parking very easy. Nice neighbourhood to walk only a block away. Highway is close. Great views of downtown Calgary!”

“Amazing will stay again but the mattress is not great. Needs updating but everything else was amazing. No desk to work at for business but there’s a bar stool at kitchen counter. Location was fantastic. Restaurants stores walking distance. Hopefully the mattresses will get updated. Our actuallly sweated every time you moved!”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but rather shabby. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Toilet moves when you sit on it. Burnt out lightbulb in one of the lamps.”

“Breakfast was always busy and full no matter what time we went down. Always a line for the toaster and waffle iron. Crowded and difficult to move around and reach the garbage in the corner where everyone waited for the toaster. Staff kept breakfast clean and stocked. Parking was sufficient. Room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable, had wear divets. Staff was helpful when we needed clean towels or additional toilet paper.”

“1 Star Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived to check in, the process took nearly 30 minutes. I had my booking number ready and repeatedly explained that the last name on the reservation was different from the last name on my ID. I mentioned this at least six times, but every time I tried to explain, the front desk agent cut me off and told me to wait. Another employee overheard me mention the correct last name and found the reservation...

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
