Hotel vicino a Heritage Park Historical Village - Calgary

“Upon arrival THEy refused me the room I had already paid for because I didn’t have my physical credit card with me. Even though I had the card on my phone ( same card I paid the room with). They would not let me use card on phone or debit, I even offered a$1000 cash deposit. THEY refused. When I asked about a refund on room I was told no refunds. I contacted Expedia representative about this. Because THEY refused me the room, a no refund policy should not apply. It’s been 3 days, still no...

“Great hotel, lots of fantastic facilities and really nice breakfast. Will be back”

“Front desk guy was great. Large Dog barking in room across hall. Very noisy both inside and outside. Room had 2 doors one to parking lot. To be honest, the activity till about 1 a.m. was a bit scary, especially being Monday night. All worked out, sleep, shower and coffee. Probably won't revisit, However less than 100 per night. Worth the money.”

“Don’t consider staying here. It was really awful. The bed was small and not comfortable the sofa was equally uncomfortable. The room stunk and bathroom was filthy. They did not refund $100 deposit upon check out and said it would take 5-6 days. I was told that I would get the deposit refunded when I left. There are other choices in the area so don’t use this one.”

“The property is good, not five star, but clean, quiet during the week days. We stayed on a weekend and the guests on our floor partying, we finally phoned down to the front desk, and it was handled immediately. It is an older hotel, but staff are great, and rates are good for what you get.”
