“Decent breakfast selection, good staff, close to shopping and transit making it a convenient location. Pool and hot tub good. Everything was clean. Beds were not the most comfortable, but not so bad as to be a dealbreaker. ”

“We booked this hotel for 2 nights. When we got to the property, we liked the location. The front staff lady was very kind and helpful. However the room we were given was very dirty. Mold in the bathroom hair all over the bed and floors. Dried blood on the curtains. Surfaces still had filth on them, couldnt take your shoes off as the floors were dirty. We asked for a refund, they would only honor 1 night refund because we stripped the bed to see if there was more in the sheets, which there was....

But not crazy by no means. However I've stayed at less expensive places that offered more. No continental breakfast, but that's fine, however I hoped I could get muffins or something like that from their small marketplace, but it's only”

“First time staying here (for a concert at the event centre) and I would definitely come again. The property was clean and well maintained with plenty of parking. The inside was spacious and bright. The friendly staff at the front desk got me checked in right away and up to my room. The room was very clean and had a great mountain view. Was able to get a good night's sleep and had a delicious breakfast at their restaurant. Front desk staff were able to get me checked out quickly and on my way....

“A boutique hotel in Currie barracks I didn’t know existed. Was very handy to stay there after a late concert at the Grey Eagle. Rooms to be expected, big enough for the bed and your stuff and a small toilet & step in shower.”

“The staff were very nice and helpfull, but the quality of the room was rather poor, the enamel was peeling off the bathroom floor and the shower head shot a jet out onto the floor. We were also only left with one small towel at the beginning. None of these issues ruined the experience totally but overall the hotel was rather mediocre”

“This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from...

“Clean, on 27th floor, views were amazing, conveniently located, only feedback would be to provide more pillows as only two in second room and very flat, overall would recommend and would stay again ”
