Hotel vicino a Heritage Park Historical Village - Calgary

“Staff always friendly and efficient. We have stayed here four times. Central location to fast food places, and mall. Within walking distance to Heritage C train station and 1 stop to Chinook Mall. There’s an outdoor pool and jacuzzi which I did not try out. Beds are showing a bit of a sag. Closet wasn’t full depth and places to hang wet towels limited in smaller bathroom. Toilet seemed low for the elderly to get up from. Robes were a great feature but in need of fabric softener. Buffet breakfast...

“Amazing will stay again but the mattress is not great. Needs updating but everything else was amazing. No desk to work at for business but there’s a bar stool at kitchen counter. Location was fantastic. Restaurants stores walking distance. Hopefully the mattresses will get updated. Our actuallly sweated every time you moved!”

“Breakfast food was not kept warm so the sausages, potatoes and eggs were luke warm to cold. Someone was not keeping the warmer on. The oatmeal was also warm and not hot.”

“Location was good for us. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Looked updated. Unfortunately the air conditioner was very noisy and the pool and hot tub were out of order resulting in our stay being a disappointment”
