Hotel vicino a Heritage Park Historical Village - Calgary

“Room was clean, 2 of the three elevators were broken at the time we were there. Absolute wild chaos in the pool and waterslide with young kids from sports teams. Almost no chaperones by parents and every rule on the board was broken. The staff seemed to have zero ability to maintain control. Morning breakfast was good, appreciated the Starbucks coffee.”

“Though there were some highlights of our stay, such as a good breakfast, a couple helpful staff, and the property being fairly clean, the negatives outweighed the positives. Upon arrival, (15 minutes after the check in time), we were informed our room still wasn't ready. They had to move us into another room. “The breakfast had a variety of items for everyone, and it stays open until 11 am! We enjoyed our stay.”

“The ac smelt like stinky feet, the elevator sounds and feels like it will break down. It has a mind of its own on which floor it will go to. ”

“Check in was quick and easy. However, the hotel itself is getting run down. Rooms are very small. There was hair in the bathtub which was disgusting. Chair in room was filthy.”

“Have stayed here many times before, they just had a revamp of the property and an excellent job they done. Room was excellent with the jacuzzi tub and the breakfast bar was awesome !”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
