“The location was great, as we were just passing through Calgary. The lobby was under construction and the pool was closed due to maintenance. The rooms were clean, and the desk staff were pleasant and gave us an upgraded room. Overall the stay was positive”

“Unfortunately my truck got broken into - got soft tonneau cover slashed - stuff stolen - not all fortunately - but yet the back parking is an unsafe area for sure ...”

“Breakfast was really good. We were disappointed that we could not access the pool from main floor. There was an access but it was locked and staff said they didn't have a key. Only access was to use stairs (3 flights). My mom can't do stairs due to mobility issues. Room was clean. Staff were pleasant. I would have given 4 stars if not for the pool.”

“Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
