“Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is simply that the rating was so high I expected more. Definitely on the pricier side. But not crazy by no means. However I've stayed at less expensive places that offered more. No continental breakfast, but that's fine, however I hoped I could get muffins or something like that from their small marketplace, but it's only”

“Location was decent and staff were nice. The beds are really firm/stiff. It is good for a quick short stay but would not recommend long stays due to the beds. Breakfast was alright. Pool and hot tub are very small. ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The middle elevator is moaning and groaning and is kind of questionable.”

“You get what you pay for, they say. My experience was more then I expected. Quite clean rooms, good mattresses for a good sleep and the breakfast was way above my expectations. Will definitely book again with them for my next stay in Calgary ”

“Parking was easy and secure, but the AC may have not been working. The furniture in some rooms needs attention.”

“Carpets were dirty. The floor was loud to walk on in the room. Internet didn’t work. The breakfast was not fresh and very little offered. For the amount that was charged I could’ve stayed in a much nicer hotel downtown and had a decent breakfast”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Ottima struttura ma al momento del check-in mi è stato addebitato un importo maggiore rispetto al quello della prenotazione con Hotelcom. Lo staff della reception non è stato in grado di spiegare la problematica né a risolverla. Ho inviato un reclamo alla struttura tramite Hotelcom”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
