“Overall is a pleasing experience, room is clean, bed mattress is very comfy and supportive, even those pillows are in decent good shape to support neck. Staff are friendly, breakfast was fresh. The only thing I would say is bathroom a little bit small but still pretty clean ”

“My experience at front desk was exceptional. I was exhausted and probably slightly annoying with my jokes and yet was humoured and happy with the service. Went for dinner in Moxies and staff there was also so lovely. Will stay again for sure ”

“Great continental breakfast and clean rooms. The pool was a great size, however the hot tub was quite small. Overall a great experience for our 1 night stay! ”

“Wonderfully clean room with lovely pillows and a firm mattress. Restaurants were good, definitely recommend the prairie eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. I am sure the facility will look great after the improvements and construction are complete.”

“Not a big room by any means, but it was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. We would have liked an ice machine available, but made do without. Loved that the Wild Rose Brewery & Taproom is a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try the onsite restaurant, as we were in the mood for something less frilly. Really enjoyed walking the halls, checking out the photos of Calgary's past. All in all, a lovely spot.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
