“I am extremely disappointed with the hotel stay that Expedia sold to us for what was supposed to be a special Birthday and Father’s Day weekend at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Upon entering our room, we discovered a cockroach. When I immediately reported this to the front desk, I was shocked to be told that they could not move us to another room. Instead, I was informed that they would send someone to spray the room and was even told that this solution had “worked before.” As a parent traveling...

“The resort was clean and always maintained. I added a night to my stay through the resort and they moved things around to make me able to stay in my original room for the night. The balcony view was beautiful and was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday vacation. The staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make my stay great. I highly recommend staying at this resort.”

“The many pools and lazY river. I'm not going to mention that the pools had a walk up bartender come to you. He allowed me to take his pic. Mike was very pleasant. Area stores were close. Walmart swim shops etc..We had 2 very clean bathrooms and the balcony was pleasant as well.. I would stay again.”

Not the case they only have 2 of these rooms .. 1 on the second where the view has a tree covering half of your view smh.. the other is on the 9th floor. “Great hotel for the price. We had a partial view of the ocean and it was very conveniently located. The room was clean and well equipped perfect for our short term stay.”

“Checked in and both beds had dirty sheets, something like sand/dirt on sheets, blankets were like stained - maybe somebody had fun. Went to the lobby, explained and Cookie was very good: I checked out, she refunded on the spot. The bad: no damages, I had to book midnite rate and drive 20 min . “Would I rebook? No. The staff and the overall location were great! However the room itself which is the most important for me as part of booking a hotel (beside customer service) was not clean. “Beach and ocean view”

“They property is great for a beach view, everything is old though. Mirror rusting can’t even look at yourself. Vents open and falling apart. The spaces underneath the door allows for insects. Shower curtain needs changed. I get everything more traditional but it’s time to replace stuff. I was there for 7 days. No movie channels not even a smart tv so you can stream your own shows. I personally will never stay there again!”

“The room was very clean and basic. The parking situation is undesirable, unless you’re on a motorcycle or VW Bug. The front desk lady was nice enough and accommodated us by putting us in a second floor room instead of a fourth floor room. That we greatly appreciated. For the amount we paid to stay here it was worth it but I would recommend driving the smallest vehicle possible or you will have issues with parking.”
