“Back entrance was filthy, the welcome was filthy, floor was dirty with trash bits, dust and spill spots, windows and walls were gross with prints, marks, and spots. The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it.”

“Hotel is so close to the highway the rooms are very loud. The property is well maintained but could use new sliding glass doors to block out noise. with a great staff”

“This was a stay just for the night to be closer to the hospital for surgery the next morning. Checkout was before I could enjoy any amenities outside of the room. The staff member was great, addressed any issues promptly and gave accommodations that were top tier. Again this review is within the extent of my one night stay and I did not experience many of the amenities outside the room that this Residence Inn by Marriott offers.”

“This is the second time we've stayed here. The room was big and very comfortable. We needed the extra room to help our daughter move out of her apartment and there was plenty of room to store her stuff without taking up space for us. Great that there was a refrigerator to keep things cold. The breakfast was very good. Lighting at the sink in the bathroom could have been brighter. Overall, a terrific room, great location and would absolutely stay there again.”

“This is a low budget motel, not a quality Doubletree/Hilton hotel. Door to bathroom hits the tub. Nasty carpet, walls and mattresses. AC/heat does not work properly. Noise throughout early morning. Day shift staff beyond extremely rude. Upon checkout left phone in room and was not allowed to retrieve it until escalating. Unprofessional and rude staff Collin and Meghan will say it is the customer who is a problem without looking at their conduct. I was filmed by an employee Katie on her personal...

“Overall the stay was great. They have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and bed was soft. The pillows were a little flat if you like thick fluffy ones. The only downside was the breakfast. They have a really nice coffee machine but the (powdered) eggs and turkey sausage patties were pretty nasty. It’s already included in the cost (advertised as free) of the room. Save your taste buds and travel somewhere for breakfast.”

“The rooms could use some updating but for the price and a quick place to stay, it's fine. What was disappointing, after taking a shower at night the tub never drained by the 11am check out.”
