“This was a stay just for the night to be closer to the hospital for surgery the next morning. Checkout was before I could enjoy any amenities outside of the room. The staff member was great, addressed any issues promptly and gave accommodations that were top tier. Again this review is within the extent of my one night stay and I did not experience many of the amenities outside the room that this Residence Inn by Marriott offers.”

“This is the second time we've stayed here. The room was big and very comfortable. We needed the extra room to help our daughter move out of her apartment and there was plenty of room to store her stuff without taking up space for us. Great that there was a refrigerator to keep things cold. The breakfast was very good. Lighting at the sink in the bathroom could have been brighter. Overall, a terrific room, great location and would absolutely stay there again.”

“This is a low budget motel, not a quality Doubletree/Hilton hotel. Door to bathroom hits the tub. Nasty carpet, walls and mattresses. AC/heat does not work properly. Noise throughout early morning. Day shift staff beyond extremely rude. Upon checkout left phone in room and was not allowed to retrieve it until escalating. “Convenient location and easy to get too. Seemed like an safe and secure area. The room was okay, definitely not as nice as the pictures online. Lighting was not great (even missing some lightbulbs), bed was not comfortable and seemed small but it was clean. Bathroom was sketchy, baseboards looked dirty, toilet would hardly flush, missing vents in the ceiling where the fan/heater should have been (so that feature didn’t work), appeared to have black splotches coming through the paint in the...

The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it.”
