“The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to things we wanted to see and do, quiet and comfortable. However, the check in instructions were really unclear and I was scrabbling to send ID and payment details whilst travelling up to the property as this had not be requested and it wasn't until I called to ask for check in details that I was told this was needed. This should be made much clearer.”

“Var först knepigt när vi kom dit då det var självincheckning, men ingen var där och ingen info om hur man kom in. Man skulle få en kod till nycklarna, men fick ingen. Stod incheckning 14.00...men det var ju svensk tid. Så 15.00 fick vi koden, var lite nervigt innan.

There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

"La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutto ( docks, baltic, one, cattedrali, ecc). Valido anche il check in e chack out da cell online bottigliette d'acqua omaggio. Letto e cudcini pero non comodissimi."
"L'albergo molto bello ma il fatto che abbia la Spa all'interno che si paghi a parte e solo con prenotazione non mi è piaciuto. Un servizio dell'albergo credo che debba essere compreso nell'acquisto del soggiorno e non a parte.
La camera, bella, spaziosa, ma in alcuni punti mancavano pezzi di moquette, non c'era una presa dove attaccare il phon in bagno.
Inoltre l'hotel ha una parte esterna che affaccia sul canale dove sedersi, ma che la sera non è possibile andare per esempio a fumare e bisogna andare nel parcheggio.
La struttura è molto bella ma per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo più accuratezza.
