“Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

“Was clean and handy to everything ”

“The bathing area not enough to turn our body also its just like small box. Can’t adjust the shower head also. Rooms are not bigger as presented on these photos. I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms. ”

“The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.”
