“This resort was incredibly beautiful inside and out. It smelled wonderful everywhere. The staff were all genuinely friendly; the service everywhere was excellent. There were plenty of amenities on site and the concierge was helpful with information re off site activities.”

“Fairmont Lake Louise is out of this world. A truly unique location and property. Not to be missed! The ability to experience Lake Lousie without a crowd is a valuable and unique opportunity (and staying at this property is really the only way to do that). My only feedback is that the only (small) pool and hot tub (for general, rather than spa guest) is indoors and does not have any view. It didn't bother us for our summer visit, but this might be a bummer for a winter trip.”
