“Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled a confirmed...

“The rooms was clean and comfortable. The shower is larger and it had a small kitchenette. You can stream Netflix on the TV, which is far better then cable. The bed was very nice and Marriott properties have the best pillows in my opinion. We even got a small snack with a bottle of water for being Bonvoy members.”

“The room was great however the area where they served breakfast was hotter than hell. The air conditioner was unplugged so I am guessing it was not working. The food was sparse at best and you were lucky if they had coffee. Fortunately there is a restaurant 343 feet from the entrance. The grass when we got there was up to my knees. Needs a lot of work.”

“They provide a weekly cleaning schedule for those staying for longer periods of time. Location is great there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the highway. Residents are quiet and respectful. They have laundry facilities. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Staff was not friendly nor helpful. Found a live bug in the bathroom. Breakfast was muffin and energy bar and nothing else on a table by the entrance. The only positive was the location.”

“Run down, old. When I booked it said fair field suites.... after circling the area several times I went into the baymont/holiday inn so ask where the fsirfield suites was located. The woman working got irritated and said it is the location I am at. Confusing since the name of the suites isnt located anywhere on or in the building. Hesitantly checked in. Drove around to park. Tried to enter the side door where I parked. Broke. Went around to the back ...that door!qa also broken. ...

“The room was clean but hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was a fridge, microwave and hot plate but no coffee maker of any kind. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. ”

“Such a cool room! We got the two bedroom suite and it was perfect. The living room are is a good size. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would def recommend”

“The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus.”
