“The main feature of this property is the exquisite view of Mount Fuji and the privacy and serenity of very limited access. That said, the staff are warm and very attentive. The food was excellent and delightfully prepared and presented. The communal bath (which is by reservation) is architecturally interesting and offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Our two days here may have been the quiet highlight of our trip to Japan. ”

“本店を予約したはずが、手違いでこちらのホテルを予約してしまい大浴場や朝食が無く不完全旅行となってしまった。 しかし、泊まるだけなら家のような作りのためリラックスできる。お風呂も広めで初めて家族で入ることができた。温泉の素も選べて、窓を開けながら温泉気分を味わいました。 赤ちゃんも快適に過ごせました。 また、荷物が多くてスタッフの方が部屋まで一緒に運んでくれたり素晴らしい気遣いでした。 しかし、浴槽内や浴槽縁がザラザラで洗いの腰が酷かった。これは不衛生だと思う。 また、部屋のウェルカムドリンクのティーカップ等はわかりやすいように上の引き出しに入れておくといいと思う。 部屋から富士山が一望できて綺麗だった。 朝は頂上が雲に隠れてるので午後なら綺麗に見えそう！ コーヒーや紅茶、電子レンジも部屋の外にあって、団欒スペースに大型テレビもあるので大勢で楽しめそう。 ただ、予約した時家族全員の年齢を入れて検索した料金予約をしたのに追加料金が取られたのはよくわからなかった。アメニティも必要なら別途料金も追加になるようで頼まなかった。 本館からも車だと近いので、チョイスキッキンのお料理はおすすめ。”

“Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up.
