“We are native Delawarens, have been coming to Rehoboth since we were kids. Love being at the boardwalk and watching the sun rise in the morning.”

“Clean and comfortable room with a large fridge and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bar was nice for having a cocktail on the patio or poolside. Breakfast was as expected - many choices from toast and cereal to premade eggs and sandwiches. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions for entertaining my young grandson. I would stay here again.”

“The check in was fast and easy. The lady at the desk was very friendly and they had us in the room early. The room was clean and very nice. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you are picky. The breakfast was good with lots of options. I usually stay on the boardwalk but this was a great location close to Rehoboth and Lewes and A LOT cheaper. We will definitely stay here again. Also, we found JD Shucker’s to eat close by that had a great Prime Rib night on Tuesdays for $32.00 complete...

“Clean hotel, nice breakfast, we had a nice quiet room away from the elevator on the first floor. Super convenient secondary entrances, we had to walk just a short way to our room.”

“No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful. Got early check in without any issues. Location of the hotel is excellent. So much nearby to walk to and the beach is right there. Breakfast was good to have. Room could have been a little cleaner, but it did have everything stocked well. Overall a great hotel for the price point and location. Would stay again!”

“We always stay at Fenwick and find the place quiet and comfortable. I just wish they had some meat for breakfast with the pancakes”

“There was a lot of noise that night in the parking lot. In the morning, they informed us that they had evicted the people responsible for that noise.”

“Hotel is recently and very nicely renovated, the rooms are basically brand new. Location is perfect, right in the beach. Staff will set up and umbrella and beach chair for you as part of the amenities. Great all around.”
