📌 Please note before booking:
* At 35 m², the apartment is comfortable for two or three. With four, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, especially for a long family stay.
* The only bathroom, which combines the shower, toilet and washbasin, is small: with three or four guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.

On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), surrounded by restaurants and shops, in a building with a lift, with a separate bedroom and a washing machine.
