“Beautiful property. We thought it was brand new, but the manager told me it was 12 years old. Lots of free parking, including a dozen handicap slots by the front door. Huge, bright & airy lobby, business center and dining areas. Very polite & helpful staff. Nice, compact bar by the small kitchen adjacent to the front desk. “Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!”

“We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later, when we checked the hallway, she had skipped our room entirely and I had to ask again to have it...

“There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional.”

“Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. ”
