“I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas...

“The location was fantastic, the staff did a great job trying to communicate since we speak very little Spanish. If you are a light sleeper beware! The noise from the street can be very loud even at the back of the building where we were, the light from the AC unit was so bright we had to tape four layers of paper over it to dull the intensity, the wood floor has a lot of soft spots and creaks so you are likely to wake others if you get up early.
