“First room had dog hair all over the carpet, smelled STRONGLY of mold, and had mouse poop in the couch. Furniture looked like it was disintegrating at the bottom and edges. Was switched rooms. New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. “Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.”

“Love, love, love this place. It’s small, but it’s perfect for me. The soaker tub is my FAVORITE! I love visiting Tyler and I’ve stayed here each time! It’s close to Rick’s on the Square which has awesome live music. It’s close to the Art Alley which I love. Good Luck Nutrition is close and they have an Axolotl! The room is spacious and very well designed! Not crazy about the stairs, but it’s worth it to get to the tub. They even have the cutest mural on the building. It’s gated. I normally pick...
