New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. “Room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. It's an old style roadside motor hotel, with very small bathrooms complete with unlocked windows.”

“Love, love, love this place. It’s small, but it’s perfect for me. The soaker tub is my FAVORITE! I love visiting Tyler and I’ve stayed here each time! It’s close to Rick’s on the Square which has awesome live music. It’s close to the Art Alley which I love. Good Luck Nutrition is close and they have an Axolotl! The room is spacious and very well designed! Not crazy about the stairs, but it’s worth it to get to the tub. They even have the cutest mural on the building. It’s gated. I normally pick...

“Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.”

“It was never my intention to book room in Tyler. I typed in Jacksonville which is near Tyler and paid. Confirmation said Tyler and my attempt to cancel fell on deaf ears. Had to pay for another room in Jacksonville. I feel cheated”

“Clean room, friendly staff, it's what'l I expected from what I paid. Bed is extremely firm. Everything properly function. Whenever I took a shower, took a long time to drain. It drained eventually. I give the place a 7 out of 10 based on price point, location, and friendly staff.”
