“Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. “Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.”

“It was never my intention to book room in Tyler. I typed in Jacksonville which is near Tyler and paid. Confirmation said Tyler and my attempt to cancel fell on deaf ears. Had to pay for another room in Jacksonville. I feel cheated”

“The room was exceptionally clean. The furniture and bed new and updated, microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board in the room and hair dryer at the bathroom sink. The bed was very comfortable with a thick foam mattress. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is good, and I couldn't hear any highway noise in the room. The price for the stay was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with this Days Inn.”
