“Love, love, love this place. It’s small, but it’s perfect for me. The soaker tub is my FAVORITE! I love visiting Tyler and I’ve stayed here each time! It’s close to Rick’s on the Square which has awesome live music. It’s close to the Art Alley which I love. Good Luck Nutrition is close and they have an Axolotl! “It was never my intention to book room in Tyler. I typed in Jacksonville which is near Tyler and paid. Confirmation said Tyler and my attempt to cancel fell on deaf ears. Had to pay for another room in Jacksonville. I feel cheated”

“Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.”
