“The pools and gardens are lovely as you come into the courtyard off a street lined with lights and colorful hanging basket streamers leading down to the water. I loved the sounds of the school next door. The room was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was the best on this whole trip. It was easy to get a taxi to Panajachel for the public water shuttles around to the other villages. ”

“The hotel facilities did not look as pictured. The rooms are extremely dated, they don’t have AC or any temperature control. The property is marketed as a hotel but it looks more like a guest house. Also, the room service started before 8:00am when some of the guests are still sleeping. Food is average. ”

“Cleanish room, couple of spiders but it’s kinda a glamping type situation, the hot water is hot or miss, the lady at the front desk was brash, and they charge to use the hot tub. Not really walking distance to anything which is fine but worth noting in case you are against using a tuk tuk or cab. Bed is hard, the in room safe dint work was frozen even though the batteries were fine. The toilet water rises all the way up and with touch your jewels me. So be ready for it or hover when you flush....

Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. ”

“The place is basic, with a bathroom with very low water pressure, noisy at times, great view of the volcanoes and Lake Atitlan from the terrace, convenient walking distance to the lanchas piers, some good restaurants and tiendas, tourist-oriented shops, and yes, from the Panajachel river paragliding departure and landing facilities. The breakfast selection was really basic, either chapin or American, with anything extra like orange juice for an extra fee. One morning we had to wait way past 30...

“Beautiful place close to lake Atitlan”

“Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon ”
