Case vacanze a Passeggiata di Flushing Bay

“A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

“Photos do not correspond to the ones on website. Rooms are old and dirty. Every day I had to request towels and cleaning the room otherwise they would not do it. Customer service promises to help but did not.”

“Great hotel with apartment hotel solution”

“Everything was great”

“Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again.”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“An unforgettable stay in the vibrant heart of Manhattan. The apartment instantly makes you feel like you’re living the true New York dream. The location is absolutely phenomenal—just a few steps from the Empire State Building, so close you can practically feel its iconic presence as soon as you walk outside. You’re also right near Macy’s Herald Square, the original flagship store—the one! For anyone who loves shopping, it’s a paradise just around the corner. The check‑in staff was wonderful,...

“I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa!”

“The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!”

“Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful .”

“Great place”

“The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.”

Vielen Dank, Maria!”

“Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. ”

“Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable...
