“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“Was litetally passed out in my room the one I oaid for and maintenance was pounding on my door I woke uo answered it and he was saying he needed to check my alarm so ofc I let him and he says”

“Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We...

“The staff were very helpful and happy. Upon arrival, the individual at check in gave all the helpful information about the building. Very family friendly and a great price.”

“the first room we got was still dirty, bed wasn’t made and had a horrible smell. They were very helpful with getting us a new room but even then the comforter has lots of animal hair and stains on it and when I went to get a new one they said they did not have any clean ones.”

“The rooms were dirty with dilapidated furniture. Sheets were too small for the bed. Toilet barely flushed and the bathroom lights had a short. The pool was closed. We ended up leaving to stay with family rather than sleep there.”

“The overall hotel is not bad it’s ok. My only complaint would be the room is a little outdated and the beds definitely need to be replaced. Prices could have been cheaper too.”

“Charging $17.+ for continental breakfast was not cool, carpet outside of elevator (only 1 elevator was working) was wrinkled. Room, parking was fine. Nor sure that we will return in future...maybe go over to HI Express??”

“My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”
