🛏️The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper B-1H will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flat screen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and attached bath. 
-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen Bed.
-Guest Room 2: 2 Twin beds.

Great Family Trip

We had a great stay on our vacation. We stayed for a week and celebrated our children's 1st and 5th Birthdays. The Condo was stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed. It was a short and easy walk to both the pool and the beach (The pool with the playground and kids splash activities was too far to walk with kids). A bonus was the condo was also stocked with toys and games that my children enjoyed. The Dishwasher did break while we were there and we were told they would come replace it but they never did. Also, when we checked in we were not provided the code to get into the pool, had to call customer service, I recommend asking for all of the pool codes at check in. We had a very relaxing stay, would defiantly stay here again.

Such a great vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was in great shape and maintenance quickly resolved a minor issue within an hour of calling. The location was perfect - ocean view and steps to the beach (which was ideal with an infant). We would love to stay here again!
