This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Split Level Ocean View Condo Sandpiper A-1V, is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper A-1V will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed and attached bath. 
-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath.
-Guest Room 2: 2 Twin beds and attached bath.

Amazing property

We have stayed in Litchfield many times, and this was the coolest and honestly nicest unit we have stayed in. The 2 story unit was really nice and very appealing with its private backyard area and amazing master bedroom and bathroom. Give this property 10 stars!

Not senior friendly, didn’t state stairs to bedrooms

This rental was terrible for my 86 yr old mom. Thr description said “split-level” but never mentioned all three bedrooms were downstairs. The elevator was far from the assigned parking space and the unit front door. The handicap parking space and parking spaces in front of elevator were blocked because of construction. The giant dumpster was directly in front of two bedrooms. The beds only had thin bedspread and sheet. No blanket? And my daughter found dried blood on her sheet. Description was inadequate and attention to detail was poor. Definitely not worth $2,000+ for 3 nights.

Casual and comfortable.

The condo was fine after it was finally cleaned up. It had not been cleaned when we arrived. There were trash bags in rooms, dirty towels and even unflushed toilets. Management did say they would compensate us for the delay. I haven’t seen the amount of the compensation. Also, I want to express how ridiculous it was to give us rubber wrist bands for the Summerhouse pool (which we never used) but had to worry all week about keeping up with the bands and making sure they were returned for fear of being charged $50 for a lost .50 cent band. Really annoying. Please discontinue that policy.

Golf School Trip

This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms, which was the primary reason we chose it. The pictures look great. The unit is well used. The kitchen wasn’t very clean. We couldn’t use the stove because it smelled when we turned it on. The master is very nice and spacious. The location of the unit is great!
