🛏️The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Condo boasts beautiful ocean views and is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Fordham 407 will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home.

Enjoy this large front corner location. This spacious villa has awe-inspiring ocean views. Features include an expansive oceanfront deck, 3 generous sized bedrooms, and an open floorplan. Litchfield by the Sea is a private gated community offering walking trails, tennis courts, fishing docks, pools, and other wonderful amenities.
Bedding Setup: 2 King, 2 Twin, Sleeps 6

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Could not have a better view. Beds are very comfortable. Nice furnishings. Pots and pans could be improved for those who cook in. Kitchen has paper towels, salt and pepper, but if you use the kitchen, you may need plastic wrap, sugar, etc. Bring your beach supplies, chairs, towels, etc. Great lay out and nice condition.

Couldn’t be happier

This was a beautiful place to stay! Right on the ocean with a view at every turn. Plenty of amenities and pool options, and the location is close to anything you could need: groceries, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Our group included 4 generations and everyone had a great experience.

Stunning view

This property has stunning views. It is a very comfortable and well decorated space. Bed in master is very comfortable and has a wonderful view. Bed in 2 bedroom has a beautiful view of the sunrise but sags in the middle and the frame is noisy. All amenities one could wish for were provided. Bathrooms could be updated throughout. Otherwise it is a great unit. We will be back.
