Pawleys Island Fairway Retreat 3BR Villa

🛏️The Space:

This spacious and well-appointed three-bedroom villa 71B of True Blue Resort are ideal for groups of six to eight guests. With fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, and multiple TVs with cable, these villas offer great area views off private balconies or patio areas and a tranquil location in beautiful Pawleys Island.

Check-in instructions: Guest will check in at the front desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort located at: 14276 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island, SC 29585, about 6 miles away from the condo.

Please Note: These vacation rentals are located in the True Blue Golf Club community. About a 10-minute drive south on Hwy. 17 from the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort check-in office location.

Parking Policy: Overnight guest parking for the True Blue is limited to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Additional parking
passes can be provided for additional vehicles with advanced notice, at least two weeks before arrival. The securing of additional
overnight parking passes will result in a per-pass fee of $10.00.

To request additional parking passes for overnight parking at True Blue,
please message us 2 weeks prior to arrival and provide the make, model, and license plate number for each vehicle.

Boys golf trip

This property was perfect for our golf trip. It was clean and afford great amenities. Located on True Blue and many course options close by. Also situated with short drive to many choices for food and drink!

We liked the spot. Amenities we ample. Not like most VRBO places , had to check in miles up the road. They was no codes or anything to get in directly.

Animal pee on carpet

Arrived to wet carpet that were animal stains in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance said they could spray something on it. Wound up spending our first day having to find a carpet cleaner, renting it, and cleaning the carpet ourselves. No one really seemed to care that much about it. Definitely would not stay there again. Everything else was fine but the lack of care that we were staying in a place with pet urine on the carpet was disappointing.

Golf get-away

Great location for a golf weekend in Pawley’s area. Unit was clean …. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the old kitchen. While functional and clean both the kitchen and bath were very outdated.
