Vi invito a fare il mio 2 camere, 2 bagni condominio Prestine il 10 fairway del campo da golf Pawleys Plantation, la vostra casa lontano da casa durante la vostra visita alla bellissima isola Pawleys. Pawleys continua ad essere noto per la sua senza scarpe, spensierato, rilassato stile di vita, che comprende granchi nelle insenature adiacenti, la pesca, le storie di fantasmi, le amache corda e la natura incontaminata, non sofisticato, casuale, incantevole tratto di spiaggia ampia e di sabbia dune.

Questo appartamento appena ristrutturato e accessibile a Pawleys Island Golf e Country Club ha un'ottima posizione ed è a soli 5 minuti di auto verso l'oceano. Pawleys Plantation è una gated community situato a 20 minuti da Myrtle Beach, a 10 minuti dalla storica Georgetown, ea 10 minuti da Murrells Inlet, il pesce capitale della Carolina del Sud.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con un materasso nuovo Sterns e Foster, grande armadio e un bagno full size con vasca / doccia e vanità. Vi è un 32 in HDTV con un blu ray DVD nel master. La seconda camera ha 2 letti queen size, entrambe con nuovi materassi Simmons Beautyrest con un altro grande armadio, bagno di dimensioni con una combinazione vasca / doccia, vanità e un'altra vanità fuori dal bagno. Questa camera da letto ha un 26 in HDTV con un lettore DVD per il vostro uso.

Il condominio ha anche un ampio porticato piastrelle per rilassarsi mentre si guarda il golf sul fairway 10. In ingresso, c'è una zona lavasciuga e un centro informazioni dove si possono trovare informazioni sui vari ristoranti, o locali di intrattenimento come la pesca, canoa, kayak, e altre locazioni sport acquatici.

This condo was great for our long Memorial Day weekend with our family and our dog! It had everything we needed for our stay. We love keyless entry with no need to keep up with the key when you head to the beach, which is a short drive away. They also have bike racks right outside the condo. I would stay here again!

Our 2 week stay at Debbie’s condo was a welcome break from winter in NY. The condo is great, at an excellent location in the Pawleys Plantation community, and is very comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Penny Wise over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the place was above and beyond our expectations. Everything was super clean and we certainly appreciated the opportunity to stay there. Thank you very much for everything and we will be back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Debbie's property. It was perfect for us and our dog, it's in a great location, and the condo itself had all the amenities we could need. Plus Pawleys Plantation is a nice community with plenty of areas for walking, biking, and other recreation. We hope to stay again in the future.

Condo is well stocked and comfy! The beach was great and we had wonderful weather! Unfortunately the washing machine was leaking and repairman didn’t come until Friday. He was unable to repair but Debbie said use it anyway during the week. I dried 3 sets of towels from leak but we washed anyway as we only brought so many clothes! The shower for our room was inoperable so we used other room’s shower. Our son only stayed 2 nights so we weren’t putting anyone out. Debbie was great to compensate us for our concerns. Thank you, Debbie! Golf was fun! Played 3 different courses. Pawleys is the best and we go back year after year! Debbie’s place is great and I’m sure she’ll take care of everything soon!

Debbie is the most thoughtful VRBO host we have had. Her communications in advance, her suggestions once we arrived, the fact that the condo has everything we needed including beach chairs, a pass to Huntington State Park (highly recommend for future guests), key fob for the swimming pool, well equipped kitchen, plus stuff like a small cooler to take cold drinks to the beach. So many little things that made the stay very special. Great and memorable experience.

We’ve been visiting here for 10 years. Debbie is a great host. We forgot a few items and she mailed them to us. The condo was clean. Enjoyed the birdsong of the Carolinas wrens. Got a few excellent photos of bald eagles along the south causeway road to Pawleys Island. We ate shrimp like it was our jobs. The Islander Bar and Grill, despite appearances, has some of the best peel and eat around and the staff are friendly. We even went to TW Graham’s in Mclellanville where the shrimp boats come in. Hog Heaven sells steamed oysters from September until April and it’s an experience shucking them and listening to the constant sound of shells hitting the plastic Ace Hardware buckets from the tables around us. Caledonia Golf and Fish Club, despite its high peak season rates, is magical and there’s no other course like it. The recent renovations to Pawleys Plantation Golf Course have greatly improved it. No more desert treks through the old waste bunkers. You can also get an unlimited day pass at the Pawleys Plantation driving range which is a convenient 60 second drive away for $10.

One of the best stocked vrbo locations we found. Pristine, clean, great beds and master shower is great! All the amenities one could want... even doggie Toys! The grounds are immaculate and great for walking and the location is perfect as well. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great get away.

This was a great rental for the price. Owner was very easy to communicate with. This property is well stocked with kitchen, bath and beach items. Only thing is no coffee so bring some along. You have your choice of carafe or Keurig. A big reason we stayed here is this property is dog friendly. If your not a dog lover, not a big deal as you would never know someone had a dog prior to your stay as this property is exceptionally clean! We enjoyed wrapping up our day with a cold beer and round of cribbage on the back porch. Very nice setting out there and a great view of the 10th hole tee off. The grounds are beautiful so we really enjoyed morning walks with our dog around the property. Very close to all the beaches and fun things to do and see in Pawley’s Island, Murrell’s Inlet and Georgetown. We will definitely be back one day and recommend to family & friends.

Pawleys Plantation is an excellent getaway. In Penny-Wise you will love the cleanliness, a user friendly kitchen, and a hostess who is amazing. After several visits to this condo it is one I continue to revisit.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and everything you would need was available from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels and park pass. The location is great, just a short ride to Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach. The condo is located on a beautiful golf course, we enjoyed our morning coffee on the peaceful patio watching the squirrels and golfers. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay again.

We spent 2 months this winter here to escape the cold & snow in New England. Very comfy cozy condo surrounded by beautiful live oak trees with views of golf course from screened in patio. Loved the first floor entry for easy access and unpacking. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil, cooking appliance, dish ware you could think of. Nicely decorated living space. Very spacious king master which opens to patio. Other double Queen bedroom has its own on suite. Debbie was very responsive to any question we had. Nice laid back vibe in Pawleys Island full of boutiques, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We plan on returning in the future.

We’ve been coming to Pawleys for a family trip for over 20 years. This is the best condo we’ve stayed at. Everything was provided and the condo was spotless! We are trying to confirm our dates for next year so we can book this condo again! One other note is the bed in the master is super comfortable. That’s a big plus also. Thank you, Debbie!

We have been coming to Pawleys Island for 20 years (13 - 4th of July's). We have family in Pawleys Plantation but as our families have grown, their home cannot accommodate everyone. We rented this golf villa for overflow housing. My husband and I stayed there along with one of our teenage children, my older son, daughter-in-law and grandson and my dog! Villa was very nicely updated, extremely clean and well appointed. (plenty of beach towels and chairs) We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and use of the pool. Some of us golfed too! I couldn't be happier and will definitely book this again!
