🛏️The Space:

Sandpiper B-1-C is totally renovated and professionally decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinets, high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. There is also a wet bar with a wine cooler.

The spacious great room is open to the kitchen and features panoramic views with sliding glass doors. There are 2 balconies with high-end chairs and tables, offering a comfortable ambiance with ocean and pool views.

The large master bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors to a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a granite vanity. Bedroom 3 has (3) three single beds with granite vanity. Bathroom 2 has a tub shower.

All bathrooms have grab bars.
