  • Splendida villa con una camera da letto estiva situata nella comunità balneare privata di Litchfield By the Sea. Questa unità dispone di una cucina completa e soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto. Unità dispone anche di una camera da letto privata con due letti QUEEN dimensioni, TV a schermo piatto e un bagno full size. Appena fuori dal soggiorno è un balcone che si affaccia sul parco acquatico e sulla piscina con molti posti a sedere. C'è un divano letto full size nel soggiorno perfetto per i bambini. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero non viene fornito tramite la società di gestione esterna, ma è possibile richiedere un cambio asciugamani a metà soggiorno.

    Ci sono anche punti di riferimento della Carolina del Sud come Atalaya, la pittoresca casa invernale in stile moresco di Archer e Anna Hyatt Huntington, filantropo e scultore, rispettivamente, che hanno lasciato il parco e gli adiacenti Brookgreen Gardens come eredità.

    Gli amanti della natura apprezzeranno anche il Centro Natura del parco e un'ampia varietà di programmi, tra cui la possibilità di vedere da vicino tartarughe caretta e altre specie animali e vegetali in via di estinzione. Il lago di acqua dolce del parco è un luogo sicuro per vedere gli alligatori e talvolta anche un visone o due.

Great stay

Great stay and perfect location between the pool outside the room great for kids and the beach about 10mins away. The property was well maintained and the condo was very nice and was well stocked. Only thing that can be improved is the pullout mattress-it was thin as a board and no one over a child size could ever sleep comfortably on it. Would definitely return though.

My only complaint would be the sofa sleeper definitely needs to be replaced! It is uncomfortable to sleep on and the cushions fall into the bed part when you're trying to sit on the sofa.

Check-in/key pickup was so easy and all the relevant instructions were provided via email and in our welcome packet. The unit was pristine, and the entire property is gorgeous as usual. Our 5 and 7 year olds spent hours and hours in the pool and the lazy river. Mom appreciates the early opening hours of the Starbucks that is right on the property.

We decided to stay on Pawley's Island to be out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. I wanted a place that was family friendly (kids are 2 and 5) and this place was PERFECT! The pool attached to the condo was a dream for adults and kids, we loved the lazy river and the kid play area. We visited the beach a few times and the golf cart ride to the beach was easy and so convenient. The condo had all of the right amenities and perfect for what we needed. Overall this place was fantastic, great location and loved the Starbucks that was just a quick 5 min walk to the condo, it was a perfect way to stay our day. We drove to Myrtle Beach a few nights for dinner but also enjoyed the restaurants on Pawley's Island as well. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful

Perfect getaway for Labor Day weekend. The pool and lazy river were great and there is a poolside bar. Very close to Murrells inlet where we live to eat at.

Wonderful Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. This unit was well-kept and everything was just as described. The resort was such as wonderful location for a family vacation with young children!

Loved the pool/waterpark!

The condo was nice, and my son loved the pool and lazy river - definitely a highlight for this condo. The only downside is that we were a little ways from the beach/ocean (less than a mile, but we were unable to walk it) but you can drive to the clubhouse or catch the shuttle. The staff on the property were very nice (especially the bartender at the pool), and did a good job of keeping the property well-maintained. Check-in/check-out through the property management company was easy as well.

Everything about our unit was wonderful! It was very well-equipped and spotless! I would have benefited from a map of the property so I could find the nearest beach access without too much exploring. We will be back, thank you!

Review of Eastport stay 9/11-18/21

Check in person was not sure of where the laundry room was and there were no instructions about the t v remote. He was attentive to helping us with that after 5:00 pm. We like the location and love the pool And appreciate that it was clean
