This Avian Forest condo is located in Pawleys Island off Willbrook Blvd, with the Tradition Golf Club on one side and The Reserve on the other approximately 1 ½ miles from the beach.

A 4 bedroom, 3 bath single level condominiums. They feature a full kitchen, a dining area, living room, a washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony.

 The Avian community has its own private pool, and also shares the Litchfield by the Sea private beach facilities, tennis courts, Play Pool Plaza with a lazy river, and access to the fitness center, indoor heated pool, and hot tub

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
