This should not be listed as a 4 bedroom

This property is not a 4 bedroom property. They converted a detached, outside storage room into a room with beds. That space is musty, hot (only has an AC unit) and not fit for sleeping in the summer. When we arrived, the beds were unmade and there was confetti (?) on the floor. In addition, the carpet throughout the stairs and upstairs is rundown and stained leading to an overall musty smell. The bed covers in the twin bedroom were old and had stains/holes. The upstairs bathroom is in need of repair. The tub drains slowly, wallpaper is peeling. The master bedroom toilet won't flush unless you open the back of the toilet and reset it. The TV didn't work and the internet was spotty (some of our family members needed to work and had trouble due to spotty WIFI). The location is wonderful and with repair and renovations it could be a great 3 bedroom rental, not a 4 bedroom one.
