Summerhouse Villas Condo with Resort Amenities! Short or long term rentals.

Welcome to your home away from home!! Whether your visiting for a quick getaway or staying for an extended period, our space is set up for comfort and convenience. Wonderful one bedroom Summer House Villa located in the private seaside community of Litchfield By the Sea. This unit features a full kitchen with updated kitchenware, and living room with flat screen TV. Unit also features a private bedroom with two QUEEN size beds, with new pillows, flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. Just off the living room is a balcony that faces the Water park and pool area with plenty of seating. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room perfect for kids. This unit does not come with a washer/dryer - laundry room is on the first floor just down the hall.
The beach at Litchfield by the Sea is a short 10 minute walk or grab a shuttle in the summer which runs every 20 minutes. Included with my condo rental is a South Carolina Park Pass for Huntington Beach and other SC parks. Visit these parks with no fee!! In addition, the LBTS community offers miles of walking and bike paths that are linked to the Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island area. Also onsite is a Starbucks. The resort also has areas for fishing and crabbing, lighted tennis courts and so much more. This is truly a full service, amenity packed resort. This unit is available for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals.

NO SMOKING and no pets. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property. Sorry, golf carts are not allowed here at this building since there is nowhere to charge them.

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo while visiting Litchfield by the sea. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything that we needed for our stay. It was our little home away from home and we loved having the balcony to sit out on and overlook the pool.

Beautiful condo

Very clean and attractive unit, well equipped. Comfortable bed. We usually stay ocean front so it was a bit of a walk (10 minutes) unless you caught the shuttle. Shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. But otherwise, everything was very nice!

Glorious Getaway

The condo was more than wonderful. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Great proximity to all things: guest services, beach, Starbucks, and a newly opened ice cream shop were in walking distance. My only recommendation is to provide information for guests to get a parking pass. Because it was a short getaway we ordered beach gear to be set up and we needed a parking pass to get to the set up location. Host and guest services were extremely helpful! I will definitely stay here again!

Property manager was very timely, cordial, and helpful. The condo is adorable and very clean. We absolutely loved our short stay and enjoyed the pool and having easy access to the beach.

Litchfeild Summerhouse

After a dozen years staying @ Litchfield SC. the past few days stay were the best so far, mainly because the unit we stayed in was CLEAN, having uptodate and traditional furninshings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs to be comfortable.The owners instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. The pricing was reasonable and payment was easy to complete. Hopefully we will be able to revisit this unit in the future?

The Summerhouse is great especially if you have kids!!

Cannot beat this place! Waterpark out your window for the kids and there’s a cabana with some frosty bevs for the adults! Love the keyless entry!! Genius!
