POOL ACCESS: Approx. 1-minute walk. The Osprey Watch community pool and hot tub are centrally located with furnished patio surround and restrooms. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. From Villa 8-A, follow Osprey Watch Circle to farthest east access to Retreat Beach Circle, cross the road, and head directly toward the resort’s oceanfront common area sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restrooms.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week rental stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast.
