This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor.

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 6 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed and attached bath with duel vanity and separate shower and large tub.
-Guest Room 1: 1 Queen bed and attached bath with shower tub combo.

Great location - Condo could use updating

Stayed at Whitney Parrish for a week. I’ve stated at Litchfield before, twice at Cambridge. The location is great. This condo wasn’t quite clean when we got there. The sliders had finger prints all over them, the living room rug and couch had crumbs. The refrigerator and freezer door handles were loose. The dishwasher didn’t work. The door flung open and the bottom rack completely rolled out. Additionally, the bottom filled with water and leaked all over the floor. I tried calling the office but no one answered. The stove was very old, as well. The front left burner didn’t get hot enough to cook on. The washer filled with water twice and wouldn’t spin out until I ran another spin cycle. Thankfully, they provided extra linens and I over pack so I didn’t really need to do laundry. Again, the condo location is great, the views amazing, this unit isn’t one of book again though.
