Adriana occupies a privileged position where Paxos' vibrant green slopes meet the deep blue waters of the Ionian Sea. Separating the two, and just a couple of minutes' walk from Adriana, are the sun-whitened pebbles of Kaki Lagada beach, one of the island's loveliest.

Inside: accommodation at Adriana is spread over two levels. The main entrance takes one into the open-plan living and dining area. Here, a beamed ceiling gives way to stone walls and then a triptych of large sliding glass doors, that both brings in the views and allows seamless access to the outdoor living and dining area and the pool. To one side are a pair of sofas and an ornamental fireplace, while to the other is a dining table and a small but well-equipped corner kitchen.

The ground floor is also home to two twin-double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and direct access to the main sea-view terrace and pool. The main bedroom, situated on the first floor, is accessed via a spiral staircase in the entrance hall. It has stunning sea views, an en-suite shower room and its own superbly panoramic terrace.

Outside: accessed by large sliding glass doors from the indoor living and dining area and the two ground floor bedrooms is a very spacious, stone-clad covered terrace overlooking the pool, the sea and Paxos' green hills. Furnished for relaxing and dining, it is here where you will spend most of your time.

A few steps lead down to the enticing sun-blessed pool area where the views get even better. To one side of the pool is a built-in barbecue, the perfect spot to rustle up lunch or dinner

As this villa is located on an island, we recommend extra caution when booking your flights to avoid problems or delays with ferries and hydrofoils. It may be advisable to arrive a day earlier and depart a day later. Please contact us for any information or advice.

Parts of the route to this property include some quite steep twists and turns and/or narrow stretches of road. We recommend guests rent smaller car models rather than large people carriers or mini vans.
Adriana is situated just over 2km north of Gaios, Paxos' main town and harbour, and about 5km south of Loggos. It overlooks and has easy access on foot to Kaki Lagada beach and is a quick drive away from a selection of other idyllic coves. Both Gaios and Loggos have a good selection of tavernas and shops and so you will never have to go far for anything you might need.

Paxos (measuring around 13km from north to south) is situated 15km south of Corfu and about 20km off the Greek mainland. It boasts some of the most stunning beaches anywhere in the Mediterranean and, as it's only accessible by ferry, has managed to remain relatively unspoilt by mass tourism.

Its three main villages, Gaios, Lakka and Laggos, are picturesque, welcoming little ports with idyllic seafront tavernas, shops and bars. Gaios is the port of entry and departure, and also has frequent boat services to Paxos' tiny sister island, Antipaxos.

The western seaboard of Paxos is dramatic, with cliffs, sea caves and stretches of rugged, rocky coastline, while the east coast is home to gentle sandy beaches and views of the Greek mainland. The hinterland is carpeted with olive groves, which produce some truly excellent oil.
