As a short person, I had to launch myself at it & climb on. Very comfortable once I landed. Only other criticism is that I found the online check-in annoying & inconvenient. ”

“The grassy area in the shade by the creek is charming. We have returned here for years, and will be back. The only downgrade I gave was in eco friendliness. All hotels should be recycling cans and plastic bottles. This is only just another hotel which should do it.”
