Case in affitto a Pearblossom

“The house was basic and enough to get us by for an out of town softball tournament. Would be comfortable for a small family. I did not like that the deadbolt on the front door was broken. The only lock was the code panel. House is in a clean neighborhood but I still worried about security at night - especially traveling alone with my daughter. I liked the gated parking and the small front yard was completely closed in so my dogs could go out in the morning without a leash. The host is very...

“The host was super kind and had great communication. The property was very clean and super cute. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood will definitely be booking again”

“Great place”

“Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Wheelchair accessible!”

“Great stay! enjoyed all the accommodations and the host was very communicative! :)”

“This beautiful and bright home was a great place for me to unwind and relax. The space was roomy and bed so comfy too. Great view of greenery outside the windows. I had a wonderful time! Nicest place I have stayed in. Close to shops and all the freeways. Very safe. Hosts super friendly.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND. I checked in to find the house had a trail of ants from the kitchen yo the white leather couch to which I was told to spray bug spray to which I said I am not comfortable spraying bug spray on white leather. I asked for a refund because I showed up but wasn't going to have my family stay in a house with ants but both Inna amd Verbo have yet to rectify this situation. My sister ended up having to rent multiple hotel rooms for the my family because we were all supposed to stay...

“Pros: cute, clean, and I was able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Additionally, I was able to walk back from a show at the rose bowl. Communication around the issues I had were responded to quickly. Cons: I paid a LOT of money to stay here for 3 nights. When I got there, it smelled like pot (the next evening they had some air fresheners delivered which was kind). The bed was so squeaky and wobbly it made sleep difficult. The shower didn’t drain well so water pooled up over my...

“Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very reasonable price. No full kitchen so plan for eating out or take out. We had a nice stay.”

“Very nice place to stay”

“Super clean and host responses quickly!”

“Attended an event at the Rose Bowl and this property made everything very convenient. Clean property and great location!”

“Nice area ”

“The house is nice, conveniently located, and offers private parking and all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the shower drain in the master bathroom and the sink in the guest bathroom were partially clogged. Water drained slowly, leaving behind dirty residue from previous use, which made both unpleasant and unsanitary to use. The host promised to send someone the following morning to address these issues, but no one showed up. The host was responsive and communication was great, but...

“Communication was very good. Any issues were resolved immediately.”
