“There was no hot water and the internet was very spotty. Otherwise a very clean place. I have to deduct 3 stars tor no hot water and internet.”

“Owner was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check in which was appreciated. Check in was straight forward. House was clean and tidy, spacious with a garden that the kids enjoyed and comfy beds.Shower pressure was weak but overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend. Great location to enjoy the full range of the monterey Bay Area as well as local shops, although the house is well stocked with amenities ”

“The property is really cute and the location is excellent! It is within walking distance of Ocean Avenue where there’s lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Be aware it is an old inn so it does not have air conditioning and the wall heater in the bedroom will not heat the bathroom. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”
